Welcome to Rock N Roll Camp!
"Rock N Roll Camp" is a camp for at risk and foster youth in the Clallam County area. Camp is held at the beautiful Camp David, Jr. on Lake Crescent in the Olympic National Park. You can see, this is an amazingly beautiful place to spend some time. The week long camp experience is a positive example for the youth where they can meet new friends and experience healthy activities that without the camp they would probably never experience in their lives.
The camp setting, outdoor activities and learning enviroment is supportive for youth to see that there are other things to do in life that are more healthy and enjoyable than their previous experiences. The campers will hike, swim, boat, dance, sing and have arts and crafts during their 5 night stay. Campers will stay and live in the cabins at Camp David, Jr., which is supervised by Clallam County Juvenile staff (and others who have also volunteered their time). Clallam County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jeff Boyd, the boating safety deputy, also volunteers his time and expertise to make the experience a safe and positive time for the youth.

Camp David Junior is located on majestic Lake Crescent, providing a beautiful setting for all types of youth group activities. The park is the oldest county park in the state and the grounds are beautifully maintained by the Clallam County Parks Department. Camp David Junior was originally a health spa in the very early 1900's and much of the history is preserved on the site. Camp David Jr. has been maintained as an outdoor recreation camp since 1935.
Sitting on the deck of the lodge overlooking the lake, you can easily imagine yourself and your kids swimming, canoeing, fishing, and stone-skipping on the Crescent Lake, an Olympic National Park lake. Nearby attractions include the Sol Duc Hot Springs and Elwha River valleys, numerous trails (including the Olympic Discovery Trail), and Lake Crescent Lodge.
The camp provides a great opportunity for a variety of youth and adult group retreats, educational camps, recreation camps, waterfront activities, family reunions and even weddings.
